Bringing Spatial Intelligence to Life with Unified Modeling
At the Geo-Intel Lab, we apply Unified Modeling Language (UML) to conceptualize, design, and optimize geospatial workflows and PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) systems. UML helps us bridge the gap between spatial datasets, technical systems, and end-user applications—ensuring that every project is designed with clarity, consistency, and interoperability.
Data Standardization: Clearly models complex spatial and PNT relationships (e.g., coordinates, sensor input, tracking paths).
System Design: Defines architecture for apps like indoor navigation, digital twins, and real-time dashboards.
Workflow Integration: Aligns sensor data, GNSS modules, GIS layers, and user interfaces in a seamless flow.
Interoperability: Supports development of OGC-compliant systems through modular component design.
Digital Twin Architectures (e.g., campus infrastructure, tourism circuits)
Indoor Positioning Systems (IPS)
Geospatial Dashboards (Air quality, traffic, water resources)
Tourism Mapping Applications
NaVIC-based Tracking Systems
Underground Utility Detection Tools (GPR + GPS)
Use Case Diagrams: For tourism apps, visualizing how tourists, admins, and guides interact with the map and data.
Class Diagrams: To model data classes like LocationPoint, SensorData, RoutePath, POI, etc.
Activity Diagrams: To define workflows, e.g., data collection → preprocessing → analytics → visualization.
Sequence Diagrams: To describe interactions between GNSS receivers, correction servers, and UI modules.
We align our UML modeling with:
OGC standards for GIS data interoperability
ISO 19100 series for geospatial metadata and services
PNT metadata standards from ISRO and international PNT consortia
Collaborate With Us
We welcome collaboration with governments, startups, academic institutions, and private organizations to build region-specific applications using our core framework. The platform is flexible, field-tested, and ready for scale.
