MoU with Esri India to Establish a Center of Competence in Geospatial Innovations
Geo-Intel Lab, IIT Tirupati Navavishkar I-Hub Foundation (IITTNiF), a Technology Innovation Hub on Positioning and Precision Technologies (PPT), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Esri India Technologies Private Limited, a leader in Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions.
The partnership marks a significant milestone in advancing geospatial innovation, education, and research. Under this MoU, a Center of Competence in Geospatial Innovations has been established at IITTNiF, IIT Tirupati, to serve as a hub for capacity building, skill development, research, and industry-academia collaboration in GIS, Remote Sensing, AI/ML, and advanced geospatial technologies.
